Olive Walsh

I’m a happy healthy vegan. Other than writing about vegan foods, I love to travel, hike, do yoga and read the tarot. I love trying new foods and new recipes. I try to make simple foods without adding multiple ingredients. I have also been testing out going completely sugar free. This includes sugars of any forms (white sugar, brown sugar, cane sugar, raw sugar, panela), honey (of course honey isn’t a vegan product), agave, panela, or any sugar additives. It just makes me feel better. Instead I’ve ben supplementing my sweet tooth with spices like cinnamon, licorice root and anise. Contact me if you’re interested in learning about my vegan sugar free habits.
